Currently, I am looking for a supervisory position that will offer challenge and opportunities to use my diverse experience to achieve positive results. Along with many years of supervisory experience I can offer hands on knowledge of preparing work schedules, effective inter-department staff liaison, updated experience of computers and machinery, and a strong ability to problem solve. I have also recruited and trained staff as well as prepared performance appraisals as required. Working with others as part of a team motivating them and making tough decisions has always been part of my work ethic. My background includes courses in the Ontario Management Development Program at Mohawk College, and numerous in-house seminars and courses. I will also be completing a Supply Chain and Inventory Management Diploma program at HBI College within the next few weeks. This latest component was also a refresher of my computer skills which include MS Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint as well as inventory control software.
