I'm looking for a collections agent position, i used to work for 2 different portfolios. the 1st one, we handle accounts which are 91-180 days past due and the 2nd one is a frontline collections which starts from 1-90 days delinquent. We offer payment options/arrangements to prevent accounts from charging off and for accounts not to be marked as credit revoked. We do transactions using check by phones. I'm very fluent in the english language.
