Experience in procurement of spares of Telecommunication, air navigation and surveillance equipment. Experience in contract negotiations and preparation of technical specifications for new equipment. Skilled in planning and commissioning, and operations of all equipment and systems used to cover the Botswana airspace as well as approach and landing aids to airports and Security Systems. Preparation of equipment and systems specifications, tender and contract documents used for procurement and evaluation of tenders. Supervision of staff including their training and development. Excellent background in Establishing effective means of controlling the budget of the Telecommunications Section.
