| I am interested in a job which may entail doing legal/paralegal work or assisting lawyers. However, I can also do administrative and human resources work. My experience consists of sitting as Corporate Secretary in companies involved in various types of businesses, and handling various corporate projects such as incorporation, amendment of corporate documents, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and voluntary dissolution of corporations. I also did drafting and review of legal documents and contracts, rendered legal opinion and advice as well as some personnel management functions. I am proficient in the English language, have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, and a team player with sensitivity to confidentiality. I have strong organizational and proofreading skills, am detail-oriented, and computer literate with proficiency in Word and Lotus Notes.
