SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS • BSc in Engineering – Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical • Extensive experience in onsite installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on high-tech semiconductor imaging, laser, X-ray and other complex electromechanical equipment • Quick and efficient problem solver – ability to troubleshoot, manage, organize and plan for reactive and preventive maintenance • Recognized for ability to provide clear and friendly customer service and provide effective customer training on system operation • Effective verbal and written communication skills – highly organized with the ability to maintain records and files, prioritize tasks, provide leadership and promote teamwork • Intermediate French • Skilled in use of Microsoft Office
