I am looking for a position which encompasses a high degree of continuous improvement and change leadership. My strengths lay in analyzing and evaluating organizational strategies, work practices and operational systems, determining opportunities for improvement, and then leading teams in creating solutions that integrate improved practices into a systemic process. Sustainability comes through working with all levels of the organization (executive, management, and associate) to define attainable goals, identify and remove barriers, establish meaningful, user-focused measures of success, and providing training in the new ways of working.
