My four years at both colleges in Montreal (John Abbott) and in Lebanon (Siblin training center), I studied food hygiene, safety and microbiology where I obtained my diplomas. I was responsible for all aspects of decision making process in respect to camp operations; systematically targeting objectives and budgeting. Creating plans to achieve those objectives, controlling the process to keep it on track, and problem solving.
