I have been a Category Manager with Irving Oil for Snack Bar, Restaurant, Fast Food (SUbway, KFC, Taco Bell, Mr. Sub, PIzza Hut) as well as Category Manager of Bakery Division. I moved on to Pizza Delight Corporation where i managed a territory and did product Development. I was with Pizza Delight for 5 years Corporate and 10 years at Restaurant level. I then moved on to JNP Enterprises as a sales representative for several chains such as Pactiv and Dixie Canada. I was with JNP Enterprises for 3 years.
