I am looking for a position as a bilingual customer service representative or anything else that is similar to this position that includes office work. I speak fluently French and English but can also read and write them perfectly. I have taking translation courses from English to French and vice versa. I did one month of volunteering as a translator for newcomers. I am currently working in both languages and taking courses in both. I have a level one Spanish which I am also improving and will be better in a year. I am a bilingual customer service representative for Bell Express Vu Satellite TV through Convergys. This duty include entering data on the computer, talking on the phone with customers, booking appointment, explaining their bills, taking credit card payment and doing troubleshooting on their satellite. I also work as a cashier/team leader at McDonald for 2 years and a support worker. I am good at technology, hardworking, willing to expand my knowledge and is open to acquiring new skills.
