Before enrolling in the support worker program, I worked as an office/customer service support worker. I learned how to solve customers’ problems efficiently and diplomatically. I am a mature, hard-working person who enjoys working with people. I am also assertive, persuasive, and adaptable to new situations. Because I am highly motivated to begin a new career in support work, I would be a productive and enthusiastic employee. I do have an excellent driving record and do not mind traveling great distances. I am able to work on a full-time at any shift.
