 Dispatch of finished goods by preparing excise invoices in SAP.  Monthly returns & maintaining of excise records.  Visit to Excise Dept.& Coordination with central excise authorities,  Preparation of various documents related to excise audit.  Handling of audit external (Excise dept)and internal.  Maintenance to day to day records like stock registers,  D-3 registers,  ARE form,  Reconciliation of monthly excise duty, dispatch figures, stock and excise duty in SAP system.  Taking of cenvat credit, service tax credit in SAP system for Raw Material and Capital Goods. And preparing same.  Maintenance of RG 23A and RG23C registers for canvat credit.  Taking out monthly revenue figures, preparation of monthly and yearly RT-12(ER-1), ER-5, ER-6 & ST-3 return and submitting the same with excise dept on time.  Passing of Bills (Transporters) for filled and empty chlorine tonners.  Updating of ARE-3 records within stipulated time.  Chlorine tonners tracking system checking /Matching with Chlorine dispatch Report (zdsp) in every 10 days.  Updating of Price changes data whenever there is change.  Maintaining account of printed stationary, raising of indents and follow up thereof items required by Sales co-ordination Dept.
