To whom it may concern, My name is Michael Espie and I am a graduating student from the Electro-Mechanical/Robotics Technician program of Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. It has been primarily directed towards the industrial manufacturing field. My course has been a uniquely styled course in that it has been organized to rely heavily on a "hands-on" approach. This course has primarily been a lab oriented experience with such areas as Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, Machine-shop, Programming, PLC's, Auto-CAD and CNC along with AC/DC electronics. Along with my course in Robotics I have also managed to take courses in Digital Electronics Communication and Photonics/Lasers. Now that I will be graduating soon from my course I am most anxious to put all that I have learned to use in the most productive way possible. I understand that there will be a great deal more to learn in new working environments and that is exactly what I am hoping to gain and I am confident that as each new task comes along I will be able to adapt and overcome any and all obstacles.
