Customer Service and Call Center Director

I am looking for a position in Management, to offer my 30 years of Customer Service in both a Technical and Call Center environment, with a long experience in dealing with delicate customer issues. I am also interested in a position in which I will be able to Teach both Technical Staff and Customers in the maximum use of the equipment that they have purchased. I am also undertaking Courses to earn my Mutual Funds License and a certificate in Stock Market Analysis.
