My career has been based on being the best and inspiring the best service within the hospitality industry. I am a trained Coach and Facilitator, and experienced front-of-house colleague in the hospitality industry. I have been involved within this industry for over 10 years including supervisory and management roles. I believe that to be a leader one must love their job and be confident in their ability to make decisions. I strive to do this by practicing professional standards, motivating excellence in others, and leading by example. My experience is extent specializing in four diamond, VIP and celebrity service. I was previously employed conducting coaching and course facilitation services, program and event planning, and volunteer management. Graduating from college, I completed a Business Management diploma with a focus on finance and marketing. To further enhance my qualifications, I pursued a course in Business and Personal Development Coaching. I am a person who strives for excellence and am more than capable of coaching others to achieve the same. I look forward to our meeting to further discuss my qualifications and visions.
