SUMMARY: • Experienced in the cost saving implementation of the COSO and COBIT frameworks, auditing of general computing controls (GCC), change management (CM), software development life cycle (SDLC), entity-level controls, physical security (including logical access, data center security, physical access and environmental) controls, disaster recovery, segregation of duties (SOD). Experience with verification of SAS-70 documentation. Knowledgeable in Auditing Standard No. 5 (AS 5) approved in 2007. • 10+ years IT experience has provided a proven track record of successful remediation work in both Design Effectiveness (DE) as well as Operating Effectiveness (OE) walkthroughs and audits. • Willing to travel extensively as required. Dual Canadian/American citizen (born in Canada), with extensive multi-national travel experience including having worked on/or-managed engagements in the United Kingdom, Australia, United States of America, Canada, and France.
