I am looking for a Production Supervisor/ Management role. I have worked in both unionized & non-union companies & I have worked numerous shift patterns. I offer 31 years of engineering experience; of which 9 years were spent in the Automotive Industry & 9 years in the Aerospace industry. I also have 3 years Quality Assurance experience in the Aerospace Industry, backed up with vocational training. The past 10 years spent as a Supervisor has seen me responsible for further training; skills and development; performance assessment; and taking corrective action of employees. My duties also included evaluating training needs for personnel & recommendations for training; the completion & maintenance of daily status reports, ensuring information is complete and accurate; conducting performance appraisals; making recommendations that would improve efficiency & effectiveness. I speak fluent English.
