I am currently enrolled in the Food and Nutrition Management course at the London Fanshawe Campus. My first year is Chef training. Second year addresses the management and clinical aspects. I am researching and networking opportunites for my madatory placement in May/June 2010. I require 175 unpaid hours over the course of 5 weeks. I live in the London, Ontario area, Specifically St. Thomas. The ideal position would be in a retirement home setting, although we are encouraged to apply at a facility offering a buffet or large numbers of people being served at one sitting.
