I’ve been with the membership rewards platform of a credit card client for four years. I worked with production support team and was assigned to attend to production issues, perform root cause analysis and provide permanent resolution. I was transferred to development team and was trained to code and design COBOL components and JCLs; prepare test environment and test data; conduct walkthrough and reviews of code and test plans; execute component test, assembly test, systems integration and user acceptance test; monitor and validate project install activities. I am fluent in English and Filipino languages.
