Dear Mrs/Mr Recruiter;
I am currently looking for opportunities to make use of my experience of working in a network Management and service centre and would therefore be extremely interested in any potential vacancies that might arise.
Over the past five years I have worked in customer services and support, initially in Telecommunication. This work has included: IPLC End-to-end link Testing with H/C or OSS ordering, provisioning, billing, and fault reporting for the customer, Troubleshooting Corporate customers and organizing job schedules for service engineers in a service centre; training and supervising a team in some occasions; setting up and running a customer complaints service; and handling customer account queries.
