•I Report health of organization in terms of quality to Manager-Quality (i.e collection of metrics from projects).
•Help in Planning and conducting Internal Quality audits (IQA).
•Coordinate for Corrective & Preventive Actions for IQA & External audit findings.
•Resolve quality and process related issues.
•Review processes, as applicable.
•Initiate process improvements initiatives.
•Provide process related training
