My 20 years of progressive business management experience, (including managing a staff of 140), combined with my MBA specializing in IT Management and my PMP certification, gives me the business management experience to lead the entire project lifecycle from business requirements analysis to production implementation. I am currently responsible for strategic projects including the launch of a revitalization of an ERP system, a web portal that hooks clients into our backend operations system and the integration of 3 separate scheduling systems. Recognizing the importance of communication at all levels, I worked to refine my public speaking and negotiating skills through my association with Toastmasters. I have presented to senior management in the retail, insurance, financial and banking sectors. I have planned and led training sessions for large and small groups; for both clients and staff. Looking for opportunities to both learn and share knowledge, I have spoken at George Brown College and on the behalf of the PMP Southern Ontario Chapter on the topic of project management. I am effective at tailoring material, and presenting, to a variety of specific audiences. My skills of leadership, analysis, and communication, combined with my ability to think strategically will enable me to pro-actively manage your large, complex projects.
