I am Innovative solutions consultant with strong management and team building skills. My technical skills allow me to design, build and maintain high availability environments. My firm understanding of the benefits of proactive rather than reactive approaches allows me to use my extensive technical skills in configuration and release management for development and production environments. Allows me to help develop solutions that can correct existing technical challenges as well as mitigate them from occurring in the first place My abilities in Service Management help me to identify and correct process and procedural gaps with in an ITIL framework for large and midsized government and private organizations.
