Interested Role and Location Looking for an international challenge, preferably Canada, USA, Asia Pacific or English speaking countries in Europe, as Department/Unit Lead of a larger company or as C-Level / Senior Manager in a small to mid sized company. The opportunity should be very strategic for the company, working in close relationship with the C-Level, e.g. executing due diligence processes, company profiling, product and channel and strategy development. Change Management / Merger & Acquisition Change management in context of mergers, for new organizational units and in start ups. Implementation of processes to create and develop effective teams. Executing due diligence processes and post merger projects to integrate teams, company and product strategies. People Management Leading teams to ensure effectiveness, team spirit and company loyalty as department and unit lead. Although being an advocate of a flat organisational structure there is still a need to define processes and escalation paths so as to create a professional, effective and efficient working environment and to ultimately ensure companies success.
