I have done MSc in organic chemistry. My experience include extraction, isolation, fractionation and purification of active principles from its natural source. I have used various techniques viz; Optimization of isolation procedures, Method Development, Column Chromatography, Preparative Thin Layer Chromatography, HPLC and HPTLC for the same purpose. Besides this I was also involved in chemical testing of Raw material ( API 's & Excipients), Intermediate and finished product, Operation & Calibration of instruments like HPLC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, GC, IR, Dissolution etc. I can speak and write english. i want a job in research organic chemistry.
