Working as Corporate Travel Consultant with highly experienced travel staff. Responsibilities included- - Advising and quoting on flights for both private and corporate clientele - Workout major itineraries / Round the World fares / Vusa Fares. - Good Knowledge of Re-issue, Re-booking & Re-validation. - Issue Paper as well as E-tickets. - Sending confirmation details to clients. - Working within the requirements set out by the client and advising them of alternate options, promotions and packages - Upselling and providing quotes on travel insurance and other travel benefits, Prepare travel itineraries for both domestic and international travel - Prepare group bookings and ensure client's needs are met - Attend to walk-in trade and provide brochures and product information as required - Working on Amadeus/Galilo GDS. - Attended the Quality Management Services (ISO) Training As well as : - Good attention to detail and quality - Have excellent written and oral communication competency - To take responsibility & to work as a part of a team. - A positive and enthusiastic approach.
