I am an IT professional with experience in business development, support and implementation. I gained much of my Financial experience whilst working at Financial Exchange (a startup Exchange) where I worked in a hybrid development/support role. I later spent two years in a 2nd level support environment at Intec Systems Plc (a Telecom software house) supporting a variety of business critical Mediation and Billing systems. I am currently a Client Support Engineer providing Technical and Business support for an Energy Trading and Risk Management System called Xenon and its Integration platform called XIP. I am now looking to secure a new Application Support / BA position to build on.
