a) Recruitment :- Responsible for total recruitment process for both contractual and non-contractual employees upto Senior Managerial Level. Requirement(s) taken from concerned Dept, Making Job Specification & Man Specification accordingly,Coordination with consultants & checking with portals, Screening of CV’s, Interview Co – ordination, Preparation of Analytical and Psychological Tests for new recruits, Taking Interviews, Selection & Salary Negotiation, Reference Checks & conducting all Joining Formalities. Organizing Campus Interviews for Management & Technical Trainees in different colleges across the country. Independently Handled total (100%) Employment Process. Joining Kit distribution. b) Training :- Coordinating and conducting Induction programs, Training Needs Identification, Making of Training Calendar, Training Co – Ordination, Making Presentation & Giving Soft – Skill Training. c) Performance Appraisal :- Implementing Performance Appraisal system in every level of employees. Maintaining transparency in the appraisal methods. On line PMS execution. d) Motivation & Reward - Recognition :- Motivation through company’s policies, like Increment, Reward & Recognition, etc. e) Statutory Part :- Maintaining SAP based Payroll & Database Management system, Incentive system, Performance Linked Bonus, etc. Ontime Salary Disbursement. PF & ESI Calculation. f) Employee Engagement :- All sorts of employee Engagement activities like Birthdays, Picnic, Sports, Annual Meet (Dept. wise), Cultural Program, and Coordination for the Participation of all Dept. in different modules. g) Administration & IR :- Maintaining and Updating Employee Files and database, Lunch System, Preparation of Attendance / Leave Records for Payroll purpose on a timely basis, Daily Correspondence & Co – ordination with all branches across the country, Absenteeism & Organization Culture & Environment Maintaining.
