Admin. Assistant or Document Controller or any clerical works

I am looking for a work wherein I can use my work experience as a Doc. Controller or Admin Assistant. As of now, i am working as Doc. Controller here in Saudi Arabia. My responsibilities is im the one who control all the documents & drawings that should have to submit to the client and check the status if it is already approved or not for construction. I prepare also a good program via EXcel files to search the documents and drawings for easy retrieval. Thats one of my main task here and more of them is indicated in my resume. I work also before as an Admin. Assistan at the same time Purchaser in Philippines. I am the one who is responsible to handle the 201 files of our employees and responsible also to orient them before they start to work. As part of being a purchaser, i have all the list of approved suppliers wherein I can easily contact them to purchase item which needed for the project.
