After extensive experience with TransCanada Pipelines/Nova Gas Transmission, I am seeking new opportunities. My company name is Mainline Millwright & Consulting Ltd. During my time with TCPL/Nova I worked as a team member in the mechanical department in the position of Crew leader/lead hand/coordinator. I was responsible for a crew of Millwrights (24-30 employees’) that performed troubleshooting, tune up, repair and overhaul of all mechanical equipment at numerous compression facilities in the province of Alberta. Since leaving TransCanada Pipelines on a voluntary ET &C program, I have been contracting Millwright & Consulting Services to the following companies: TransCanada Pipelines, Foothills Pipelines, Flowserve Cooperation, EnCana Oil & Gas, Lincoln Technology, Solar Turbines, Canadian Natural Resources, Ltd and others. I had the opportunity to work in New York City at ground zero in the aftermath of 911. I have worked as an inspector for Apache Canada completing well head tie-ins, installing separators and running mainline in a small inch steel and flex pipe. I worked as a Millwright Foreman for Veco Construction Ltd. At the Johns Manville insulation plant at Innisfail. I was responsible for up to 22 men whom were either apprentice, Journeyman Millwrights. For the last couple of years I have worked at Sherritt International in Fort Saskatchewan contracted through manpower as a Millwright. I can assist you with construction and commissioning of new facilities as well as day-to-day maintenance or overhaul, and repair of any of your mechanical equipment. I have had the opportunity to work and train many apprentices for both the Millwright and Heavy Duty Mechanic trades and I have been involved as a Mechanical Inspector in the construction and commissioning of many facilities in the industry. 30 years in oil & gas inspection,maintenance, overhaul, trouble shooting Millwright / Heavy Duty Mechanic
