I have 23 years of technical experience in Project and Quality Management, Sales, Technical Writing and Training, Technical Support and Entrepreneurship. During full-time employment I have worked in ten different countries and held positions as Documentation/Training Coordinator, Project Manager (Intl), Technical Advisor (Iran) and Technical Manager. As a Technical Writer (10 years) I produce and create various compilations such as guidelines, standards, flowcharts, templates, user guides, comparables, contracts, policies, procedures, work instructions as well as technical, user, software, field operations and training manuals. I have worked directly with a wide variety of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). As an ISO9001 Analyst my talents are diverse in that I rapidly understand business processes, quality processes and technical systems.
