A long term position in an IT company as an Outsourcing Manager / Executive, Analyst, Consultant. - 11 years of experience in IT; 8 years at managerial positions - Thorough knowledge of IT Outsourcing cycle, in particular Business Development, Planning, Project Management, Production, HR. - Strong experience in Internet Advertisement and Online Sales techniques and strategies, E – Commerce solutions. - Strong communication skills (in English, Russian and Ukrainian) - Vast experience in working with a wide variety of the international clients as a project manager and account manager, from small teams to large corporations, at project management to executive levels. - Team player; have a goal oriented approach; attentive to details. - Strong leadership, managerial, analytical and presentation skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and deliver in time while communicating with the production teams and the clients, reporting to seniors. - Keen to travel, have been traveling many times on different purposes (80% business-based) to the Western European countries.
