| I am looking for a human resource management-related job. I previously handled personnel administration and staff development programs of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Philippines as its Director for Human Resource Development.Prior to this, I was the Director for Administrative Service in-charge of records management, building administration and maintenance, procurement, property management, cashiering services and transportation services. I likewise performed Executive Assistant functions during my early years in the Department.
My skills include, among others, the following:1) conduct of training on human relations, management and leadership skills, process improvement, presentation skills and values enhancement;2) recruitment; 3) performance management;and 4) general administration. I am also computer literate and proficient in the English language.
I Obtained my Master's Degree in Government Management from the Pamantasan ng Maynila (University of Manila). I completed my Bachelor's Degree major in Political Science at the University of Santo Tomas. | |
