SKILLS/EXPERTISE : •Have the ability and the drive of operating a business unit independently. •Induct Plant Operations Management Systems and put them in place, like Production management systems, Engineering management systems, Quality management systems, Inventory control and Stores management systems, Cost management systems, Performance management and development systems. •Production Operations Systems and proper production planning for enhancing plant productivity and efficiencies with effectiveness. •Maintenance Management System enabling a plant to have freedom from RTF, minimize downtime by using CMMS as well as SAP maintenance modules. •Quality Management Systems like Coca-Cola Quality system, ISO ####-#### Quality System Application, OHSAS 18001 and Safety Applications, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, HACCP and Food Safety Applications. •Taking care of Head counts, manning levels and overtime. •Cost cutting measures and tools to reduce and manage Plant Key Performance Indicators [KPI’S] targets and overall costs. •To manage, maintain and reduce overall given budget. •To manage Inventory cost and carrying cost of consumable and items. •To keep in to account GMP and House Keeping. •Can take an assignment of starting a unit from the initial design to the final handover and managinf it thereafter.
