As a matter of practice, I exercise extensive customer and end user interaction; the logical venue since the technology is built for them. The more the user understands, the more productive the tools are which results in a quicker and higher investment return. My greatest skills are troubleshooting and problem solving then presenting the solution in a way that all involved will comprehend. This is particularly effective when directing a team or managing a project so as to ensure that all parties are working towards a common goal. I am experienced in analysis, hardware and software support, network and email administration, programming, training, IT management, project management, vendor liaison and security. I speak fluent english and french (although my french skills have not been used for many years). I am willing to travel and to work whatever hours are required to complete the task. My extensive skill base and range of experience are surpassed by my natural abilities and desires to excel in an IT environment. Currently, I reside as a permanent resident in West Virginia. I am looking for an opportunity to return to Canada. Relocation expenses are not a decisive issue in this search. I also maintain a residence in the Niagara Peninsula and have a valid Ontario driver's license.
