• Knowledge of legislative requirements pertaining to employment standards. • International recruitment experience in employment and immigration information where I corresponded with international embassies and consulates for visas, and assisted international candidates in registering for international governing bodies of their professions and procuring visas. • Managing the recruitment workflow for permanent and/or contract positions in its entirety; including in-depth needs identification with hiring managers, assisting with writing and posting job descriptions, direct source (headhunt) candidates from competitors, pre-screening, interviewing, references, salary negotiations and offers. • 5 years experienced in HR Management duties along with 3 years experienced in staffing/employment industry in placement of healthcare professionals. • Member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO) and progressively working towards the CHRP designation. • Effective organizational and excellent communication skills by providing with proactive and responsive services to both the hiring managers and candidates. • Participated and attended numerous job fairs throughout Canada and in house open recruitment opportunities. • Ability to work on multiple projects in a highly pressure situation and fast paced environment. • Mature, adaptable, flexible and able to build a strong relationships building skills amongst clients and colleagues. • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office environment and able to adapt efficiently to various computer software.
