Over 30 years experience in Mechanical engineering including Commissioning / start-up, Maintenance, Inspection, and Construction. Rotating equipment, piping, pressure vessels, process systems, skid packages in oil and gas and petro-chemical industries. UK and overseas experience mainly of Oil & Gas projects on FPSO vessels, Drilling modules, Petro-Chemical and Steel plants. Supervision of Onshore and Offshore pre-commissioning, commissioning / start-up activities, Inspection, validation, construction, maintenance, punch lists, Factory acceptance tests “FAT” and witness acceptance. Trained as area and performing authority using safety and work permit systems of various oil companies. Capable of writing Procedures from P&ID`S and defining sub-systems, colour mark ups. Co-ordinating the commissioning and start up of major equipment, process systems and completing documentation for handover packages. Computer literate, well organised dynamic worker with excellent supervisory and practical experience. Have now got visa and moving to Canada as permanent resident later this year..
