Product order management (administration) including order tracking Process request for quotations (R.F.Q) Process orders,negotiate with 50 + suppliers locally. Evaluate responses Expedite service delivery from Suppliers weekly.Running weekly stock order reports & run daily back- order reports – buying for back-orders & stock for Warehouse. Monitoring movements on stock levels.Inventory adjustments and transfers. ced in Overseas buying / imports.Liaising via phone/fax/email with overseas suppliers. Ensuring goods gets shipped & liaising with Freight Forwarders / Clearing Agent.Updating Suppliers price lists. Liaising with all sales personnel from all branches. General Administration relevant to the buying function – Screening, selection & auditing of current & potential suppliers.
