- Extensive experience in CRM Service and Call Center domain.
- Business processes modeling tools
- Experience in performing Causal analysis, Regression analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
Consulting Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize
- Good combination of negotiating and convincing skills
General IT Skills
- SQL, PL/SQL, C, Java, HTML
- Oracle Forms & Reports 6i
