Enterprise Applications - Siebel 7.8 (Call Center, CTI, Loyalty) - Oracle CRM 11i (11.5.9) – Teleservices Business Process Modeling - Very good understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS processes and new technologies. - Extensive experience in CRM Service and Call Center domain. - Business processes modeling tools - Experience in performing Causal analysis, Regression analysis and Root Cause Analysis. Consulting Skills - Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize - Good combination of negotiating and convincing skills General IT Skills - SQL, PL/SQL, C, Java, HTML - Oracle Forms & Reports 6i Languages: English (Fluent) Hindi/Urdu (Fluent)
