I have finished my Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Concordia University with focus on design and manufacturing. I have graduated in August 2007. During my graduate program I have worked on academic projects and have developed skills that may be of use to your company. Most of my academic projects are related with analyzing, designing, manufacturing using various molding techniques as well as safety and environmental engineering. Here, in addition to increase my job-related skills like: analysis and design of composite materials using bladder molding process and autoclave process, learning how to use new CAD software (CATIA), and learning new quality improvement methods, I developed personal skills, such as: teamwork, problem solving, leadership, time managing, and others. Furthermore, I have 2 years of work experience in Hertz International franchisee in Bangladesh as Senior Maintenance Engineer. Here, I accumulated technical and management experience. In the technical area, I had to look after all the vehicles and had to keep these vehicles mechanically sound so that those could be ready all the time to be rented out. With respect to management, I had to develop financial planning, a customer base, and a good relationship with suppliers. In addition to this, I had to face and solve customer complaints and employee adversities. Even though I could not continue with this job for a long time in order to finish my higher studies, I obtained “hands on” experience that contributes significantly to bring creativity and results to any company. Having developed good human relations and communications skills in my stay in Canada, you will find me an enthusiastic, committed and professional individual that can bring good results in both short and long term.
