I have acheived over 25,000 hours of one to one contact with people helping them recover from injuries lose weight and acheive top level physical fitness. I have written a book , The truth about your pain. I am currently a freelance trainer. i am a highly qualified and experienced corrective exercise specialist, coach trainer and teacher. The health industry is a confusing mass of information and i wish to help people by giving them the truth about nutrition and exercise . I also wish to teach to other health professionals the wealth of my experience. It is important that we return to basics and eat naturaly sleep soundly and move correctly in order to acheive optimum health.
