I have experience within the field dealing with people as customer's, clients, manufacturer's, suppliers, and support staff, as well as with other employees as a co-worker and as a Manager. I understand and appreciate all the aspects of the field environment, and that there is a constant vigilance to maintaining the trust and confidence of patients. Working in field has taught me to listen to my instincts and to pay attention to my surroundings and keep a cool head. It has deepened my understanding and my effectiveness of keeping organized and detail-oriented. Working in retail/service has taught me to be an independent and quick thinker who understands the importance of actively listening to people, and that you must understand what their needs and concerns are in order to provide quality service. I have also learned the importance of being detail-oriented and making sure to follow-up on any promises or any inquiries.
