Just to update you on my profile, I have over 10 years of experience and am managing teams of all sizes from the past 5 years. I have done various roles ranging from a Module lead to a Project Manager. In my last project in Accenture, I was into a role of Senior TL / Associate Manager and was managing a minimum of 18 member team including a couple of TLs. My core strength is a combination of technical (Oracle) and Management (People and Project Management). I am looking for an opportunity for contributing on both fronts but more so on the latter part.
