Customer Service, Administrative/Clerical Support

My goal is to obtain a work at home position, preferrably, but not limited to the area of Administrative, Clerical Support and/or Customer Service. I can assure you that I am a very conscientious individual with a strong, professional work ethic. I am outgoing and friendly and have excellent phone manners. Through several years of customer service in different industries (financial, entertainment, and courier services) I have obtained well developed interpersonal skills. Working in an office setting has enabled me to acquire certain clerical skills such as filing, data entry, typing with speed and accuracy, and multitasking. I have learned to react well to challenges and can accept additional responsibilities. Other related experience as a secretary for a Christian Educational Ministry has sharpened my clerical skills. I take initiative and am willing to take courses or additional training in order to develop new job-related skills. I know my knowledge, skills, ambition, and ability to learn quickly will enable me to function effectively in any position I am hired for.
