I believe this position will enable me to utilize most of my skills, and knowledge I have gained from all my previous work and education. My experience in the Employee service & Payroll related job field so far, has greatly enhanced the skills and traits I already possessed.I have been able to successfully develop and maintain great customer relations through interaction with existing and possible clients. My working with employers, colleagues and clientele, from various backgrounds & walks of life has aided immensely in understanding and analyzing human behaviors and resolving issues of various kinds, especially on busy workdays, keeping it parallel with providing exceptional service. It helped further by polishing my skills of working both, as an individual, leading people, and as a team, taking directions and successfully bringing our training sessions to use. It taught me well to work and maintain professional work ethics under pressure.My 6 years plus working in human resources & finance related jobs have given me command over almost every skill & trait required for exceptional customers and employee service as well as helping increase my company’s performance in every way possible.
