    Job Duties:
    • Establish business development and sales objectives for the company and formulate policies and programs.
    • Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
    • Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans to penetrate new markets across Canada.
    • Authorize and coordinate with various departments and associated senior staff to ensure production, logistics and warehouse operations to meet business needs.
    • Provide billing and invoices of expenditures for preparing financial statements by accounting staff.
    • Allocate company resources to fulfill our company policies and strategic business plans.
    • Hire middle managers or other senior staff.
    • Coordinate the business development of between North America and China.
    • Represent the company for large customer accounts or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company in negotiations or other business activities.

    Wages: $52.50 / hour

    Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week

    Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

    Qualifications

    Languages: English

    Education: Bachelor's degree

    Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

    Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility

    Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel

    Work Location Information: Relocation costs not covered by employer

    Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000

    Major Work Area: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre

    Senior Managers Specific Skills: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments, Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
