    Royal Berry Garden Farm is operated by Pan Pacific Developments Company Ltd.

    Job Duties:

    • Manage, direct, and coordinate farm development, irrigation, spray application/pest management, and overall operations.
    • Develop and determine the crop development plan, including the amount and kinds of crops to be grown.
    • Manage all farm personnel for farming and harvesting operations, such as but not limited to pruning crews, harvesters, and seasonal labour.
    • Develop and document budgeting/financial records including payroll and production records including spray records and work orders.
    • Purchase and inventory control of seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and related materials.
    • Manage daily maintenance of equipment, and repair and replacement of all farming structures, equipment and supplies.
    • Work with field personnel to handle issues as they arise.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

    Salary: $18 per hour, 40 to 48 hours per week

    Specific Skills
    Manage overall operation of farm, Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies, Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities; raising and breeding of livestock and poultry, Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings, Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised, Maintain financial and production records, Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
