    Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

    Salary: $80K-$90K salary, with quarterly performance bonuses available.

    Education: Red Seal Electrician certification required.

    • Experience in managing electricians and/or service technicians in a commercial electrical service and maintenance operation within a multi?branch office environment.
    • Experience in Service Management/Dispatch including the use of appropriate software and Microsoft Office & Outlook.
    • Experience and knowledge of electrical applications, permits, and electrical maintenance.

    Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent written and oral communication/organizational skills and ability to perform detail oriented work.
    • Familiar with a variety of the electrical field's concepts, practices, and procedures including the technical ability to understand and interpret CEC electrical codes, safety regulations, building codes and lighting systems where applicable.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Manage the administrative and customer service functions of the Service Department.
    • Organize, coordinate and schedule all scheduled maintenance, replacement and customer service work orders.
    • Proactive and reactive management of all service personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, motivation, career development, reviews, and safety
    • Other duties as required.
