    Overview: The Manufacturing Engineering Director position oversees management of the entire engineering team and the products they are producing in the most cost-effective manner within quality standards. We are looking for a great leader with a strategic thinking on a global scale. Someone who can take initiative in changing the whole Engineering/ Manufacturing process. You will provide guidance to engineering teams during the design and development of new products.

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • You will be responsible for creating a manufacturing strategy to meet our corporative goals and objective of product development.
    • You will be the key contact and interface between our engineering and manufacturing teams.
    • You will be providing guidance to our engineering teams during the development of our new product design.
    • Creating global strategies to develop cost effective tooling , fixtures ,test platform to support our manufacturing capacity requirements
    • Leading the NPI efforts at the global level to support our products worldwide.
    • Providing strong leadership to our engineering and manufacturing teams to change our culture.
    • Helping in integrating a Lean approach.
    • Reviewing and evaluating the implementation of product changes (ECOs)
    • Ensure the timely completion of projects

    • 10+ years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering.
    • BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability to build outstanding teams and interface well with senior management.
    • Experience in managing manufacturing operation or engineering teams.
    • Technical knowledge related to new product design .
    • Strong leadership experience in leading , coaching and developing the team of engineers in manufacturing settings.
    • Lean or six sigma experience
    • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in technical engineering support is preferred
    • Experience introducing new equipment and new processes into a production environment.
    • Exemplary verbal, written and presentation skills.
