    Job Title: Office Manager
    Location: Etobicoke, ON

    Terms of Employment: Full-time; Permanent
    Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible
    Wage Rate: $24.00 per hour.
    • Completion of Secondary School is required; College Diploma in related field is an asset.
    • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience in a similar position
    Language: English
    Job Duties:
    • Manage the day to day operations at the office
    • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees work, and following up on work results
    • Plan and implement office systems’ layout and equipment procurement
    • Analyze and implement new office procedures, plan of action and policies
    • Form relationships with vendors providing office services and supplies
    • Resolve customer issues, complain and problems whenever required
    • Resolve work related problems and prepare submission reports
    • Help in formulating the operational budget and keep the inventory in check
    • Order office supplies and maintain office equipment.
    • Provide administrative support to the staff when required such as data entry, arranging couriers, printing/photocopying, and so on.
    • Accomplish non-routine duties as assigned.
    An ideal candidate must be able to work in fast paced environment, work under pressure, flexible, client focused, team player and have excellent oral communication.
