    Position: Receptionist
    Location: Balzac, AB
    Reports To: Branch Manager

    Position Purpose Statement:
    Our growing company is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients/customers walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand.

    Position Responsibilities:
    • Greet clients/customers as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
    • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct individual. Take messages when required.
    • Responsible for mail and courier service.
    • Ordering office supplies for head office.
    • Booking hotels for individuals visiting head office.
    • Initiating emergency evacuations when needed and following the protocols.
    • Maintains employee and department directories.
    • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
    • Monitoring board rooms.
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Other duties as required

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2 years’ Reception experience
    • Microsoft office skills
    • Customer service orientated
    • Positive attitude
    • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong work ethic
    • Ability to handle pressure
